The Lompoc Wine Factory at 321 North D Street is a community-focused co-op winery and winemaking incubator built for new and craft winemakers. Members represent their own brands while sharing the bonded facility, with services including custom crush, wine press and bottling equipment rental, TTB and ABC compliance consulting, and temperature-controlled case, bulk, and barrel storage. Membership ranges from a Jr Incubator tier (up to two barrels the first year) to full membership, with a stated goal of helping winemakers grow until they can forge out on their own. The facility has an approved tasting room pouring locally produced Santa Barbara County and Sta. Rita Hills wines, with tastings and pick-ups by reservation. Member and partner wineries have included Turiya Winery, CORE Wine Company, Imagine Wine, Jalama Wines, Millennial Wines, Labarage Winery, and Civilization Wine Company.
