Camins 2 Dreams is a family-owned Lompoc winery founded in 2017 by the wife winemaking duo Tara Gomez, a member of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, and Mireia Taribó of Catalunya. They craft cool-climate Syrah and Grüner Veltliner using native-yeast fermentation and low levels of sulfur.
