JoshFit is a small, family-owned fitness facility at 219 West Ocean Avenue in Lompoc, run by Joshua and Lindsey Cossman. The gym recently expanded to double its size, and it operates as a 24-hour facility so members can train early mornings, late nights, or anything in between. JoshFit is an unstaffed gym: every member receives a personal key with 24/7 access, and membership is intentionally capped to keep the space comfortable and uncrowded. Tours are available by call or text at 805-738-3481, by email, or through Instagram @joshfitca, and sign-up is handled through the online member portal.
