Bowl & Soul is a Lompoc food trailer building bowls to order — hibachi bowls with steak or shrimp over noodles and griddled vegetables, ahi poke over rice with mango and avocado, and grilled chicken bowls with beans, greens and chipotle sauce. Shrimp tacos and mini pancakes turn up alongside the bowls, and the kitchen's own line is “Eat Good.
