Centennial Park & Skate Park

At the corner of West Ocean, Centennial Park is where Lompoc comes to move. Wide lawns and picnic tables anchor it, a disc golf course loops through the edges, and the skate park has earned a real reputation, drawing riders who'll tell you it holds up against parks in bigger towns. It's all free. Come summer, the concert series fills the grass with lawn chairs and coolers, and for a few evenings the whole town seems to end up here. Any other week it's the reliable in-between spot: a place to burn an afternoon, watch kids drop in at the skate bowl, or throw a round of disc before dinner.
