Toro Loco is a family-owned Mexican restaurant founded by Alejandro Arias and built on family recipes passed down through generations, with every salsa and sauce made from scratch. This Central Plaza spot at 129 W Central Ave is one of two Toro Loco locations in Lompoc, alongside a second on E Ocean Ave. The menu runs from tacos — including fish tacos served breaded or grilled — to hand-rolled enchiladas and other traditional Mexican plates. Open daily 8am–9pm.
