Mr. Taco serves homemade Mexican cuisine "straight from Aguascalientes" at 3734 Constellation Rd, Suite C in Vandenberg Village. Open since 2016, the restaurant has been voted one of Lompoc's best Mexican restaurants across many platforms, and pledges to use only Angus beef, locally sourced produce, signature spices from Mexico, and passed-down family recipes. The menu runs from hard and soft tacos, Tony's fish tacos (grilled, battered, or fried), and burritos to combination plates like chile verde, chile colorado, carnitas, and steak fajitas — plus house specialties including carne asada fries, nachos supreme, a 12-inch Mexican pizza, and churros for dessert.
