Hoptions Taproom & Eatery is the Lompoc home of Solvang Brewing Company at 234 North H Street, pouring the brewery's ales alongside a full food menu. The building also houses Solvang Brewing's Lompoc production facility, with a spacious indoor taproom and a string-lit outdoor patio. Solvang Brewing Company was established in 2010 and produces its ales with premium ingredients, keeping distribution local to guarantee freshness. One of its founding owners, Cari Renfrow, is a fourth-generation Solvang-born Dane whose family was among the town's earliest Danish settlers.
