Camins 2 Dreams is a family-owned Lompoc winery founded in 2017 by the wife winemaking duo Tara Gomez, a member of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, and Mireia Taribó of Catalunya. They craft cool-climate Syrah and Grüner Veltliner using native-yeast fermentation and low levels of sulfur. Committed to minimal-intervention, natural winemaking, the pair works exclusively with organic, biodynamic, and regenerative vineyards. Their tasting room is located in the Lompoc Wine Ghetto.
