Show & Shine car show brings lowriders and classics to Vandenberg Village Sunday
The inaugural event at Village Inn runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with free admission, live entertainment, and food vendors. Proceeds support the Lompoc Theatre Project.
Lowriders and classic cars will be on display Sunday at the first Show & Shine car show at Village Inn in Vandenberg Village. The free event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3995 Apollo Way.
Lompoc Theatre Project is hosting the show with Village Inn to raise funds for restoring the historic downtown theater. Brown Sensations Santa Barbara is organizing the car lineup, and DJ Robert Gonzales and Garcia Dance Studio will provide live entertainment.
Food vendors and silent auction
Food and business vendors on site include Sweet Creations, Kitschy Klutches, DnY Custom Creations, and Valley Autoglass. A silent auction for a new BBQ grill will benefit Dave's Place owner Dave Jaskoski, who is battling cancer.
Car owners can register vehicles for $35 in advance or $45 day-of as space allows. Registration and event details are available at lompoctheatre.org/car-show.
