Paying Your City Utility Bill? There's a New Portal

Lompoc switched utility billing to a new online customer portal on August 17. Worth a login to check your account and autopay.
If you pay your City of Lompoc utility bill online, the website you're used to is gone — in a good way. The city switched to a new online customer portal, live since Monday, August 17 at 9 a.m., after a weekend changeover that took the old system offline.
What you need to know
The city hasn't announced any need to re-register accounts, but this is a good week to log in and make sure your account and any automatic payments look right — a system migration is exactly the moment a payment quietly fails to run.
If anything looks off, or you'd rather pay another way, the city still takes payments in person, by phone during business hours, by mail, and through the 24-hour drop box at City Hall. The Treasury Division can help at 805-736-1261.
One town errand, sorted. While you're in get-it-done mode, the deals page has this week's ways local businesses can save you money on the rest of the list.
