City invites volunteers to Make A Difference Day on Saturday

The City of Lompoc is inviting community members to participate in Make A Difference Day this Saturday, a national day dedicated to community service and volunteerism.

Volunteers can show up at 9 a.m. at Lompoc City Hall, located at 100 Civic Center Plaza. From there, groups will head out to various project sites around Lompoc to work on community improvement projects.

Lunch provided at noon

The city will provide lunch for all volunteers at City Hall at noon following the morning service projects.
