Shoppers in Santa Maria and Morro Bay already know the formula: a full-service deli counter, locally grown California produce, a bakery with fresh bread and custom cakes, and a meat department built around quality cuts — including the store's own Santa Maria-style tri-tip seasoning. Weekend tri-tip barbecues have become a Spencer's signature, and the company partners with names like Harris Ranch Beef and Boar's Head behind the counter.
