Foster's Family Donuts has been frying early mornings on North H Street since 1988. The little shop opens before sunrise and keeps its cases stocked with a wide variety of classic donuts — glazed, filled, twisted, and sprinkled — that generations of Lompoc families have grown up on. Nearly four decades in, it remains a true family donut shop: counter service, fresh product, and coffee to go.
