Burritos Lalo, "The Original Mexican Food," serves burritos, wet burritos smothered in sauce, carne asada plates, fish tacos, fajitas, carnitas tostada bowls, and albondigas, with handmade flan and fresh churros for dessert. Monday and Tuesday Taco Nights run 5–9pm with freshly made crispy tacos at $2.25 each. The Lompoc location at 1412 N H St is open Monday–Friday 10am–8pm and weekends 8am–9pm, with online ordering and delivery available. Lalo's has grown to three Central Coast locations — Lompoc, Buellton (175 McMurray Rd), and Orcutt (105 W Clark Ave) — and also runs a full catering operation for special events, handling everything from tables and chairs to silverware, with sit-down or buffet-style lunch and dinner service.
