Pink Pig BBQ is the barbecue sister brand of the Village Coffee Stop, a Vandenberg Village cafe owned by Dave Jaskolski, who acquired it in 2021. The brand originally served its smoked barbecue plates and combo meals from Suite J at 3734 Constellation Rd. In 2025 the business outgrew that storefront and relocated into the newly renovated Village Inn at 3955 Apollo Way, where it now operates as part of Dave's Place Restaurant & Lounge with an expanded menu, longer hours and a full-service lounge, per the Lompoc Record.
