Dave's Place is a restaurant and lounge inside the retro-modern Village Inn Hotel on Apollo Way in Vandenberg Village. The kitchen serves a fresh take on California cuisine from breakfast through dinner: oak-grilled proteins, fresh seafood, housemade pastas, and slow-smoked BBQ built on locally sourced ingredients. The full bar pours handcrafted signature cocktails, a rotating lineup of local craft beers on tap, and a curated list of Santa Barbara wine country bottles. Guests can dine indoors among mid-century touches, out on the deck, or book private tasting experiences, and the restaurant regularly hosts winemaker and brewmaster dinners.
